Main TV in lounge room with netflix available for use as have 2 TV rooms. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, blenders, airfryer ect. Fan in bedrooms and have heating and aircon through house.
20mins to airport. Parking available on driveway with security cameras. Some storage room in garage also.
Sharing the whole house with just myself and a little dog who loves pats and walks!
Price includes a cleaner every fortnight, no gardening or major cleaning required on your RNR! Just keep your areas tidy so they can clean.

I spend little time at home overall, so the place stays pretty quiet. When I am home, I’m usually reading, eating, or deep in a Netflix binge. I’m very considerate and respectful of people’s space and belongings, and I really value having a housemate who’s the same. I enjoy a good chat or a glass of wine here and there, but also totally respect the need for privacy and downtime.
