After easy-going 23–35 year olds who know how to live in a sharehouse. Clean, considerate, employed, and happy to be part of the household rather than hiding in a room. BBQs by the pool, hanging out in the lounges, friends over for dinner, all good , just keep it respectful.

Bedroom 1 — $300 per week:
A very spacious room 4.5m x 3.5m that easily fits a king-sized bed and furniture. Freshly painted with new carpet and new ceiling fan, comes with a built-in wardrobe and exclusive use of the 4th bedroom as your own private lounge. Perfect setup if you like your own space to relax or work.

Bond is 2 weeks’ rent in advance. Utilities split evenly.
