Seeking housemate/s, looking for a room anywhere between 1 month to 6 months.

I have 2 furnished rooms available, sharing own bathroom. Could suit 2 females traveling together or a couple wanting extra space. Or maybe your a solo traveler, and dont mind if I get a second tenant to share bathroom with you of same sex.

It's a very calm, modern house with a peaceful vibe.

Everything is new and modern. The house is FULLY furnished inc fully furnished bedroom with air con and block out blinds, double bed and wardrobe. new bathroom.

Lovely enclosed backyard for relaxing in summer. Street parking available.

5 min drive to local shopping centre with Woolworths, Aldi, Coles. Take out food. 1km from local beaches. 5min walk to parks and local Gyms.

Unlimited internet/WIFI.

I am working full time and like to keep busy, enjoy working out, beach, etc.

Please note: I am about 45mins in train from Perth city. I do have bus stop within walking distance and train station is about a 12 minute drive.

Bills: every quarter ( 3 months) divided between house for power, water, gas. minimal charges.
