About the property

My property is a 4x2 home situated on a quiet street. There is a bus stop close by if you use public transport.
This room will include a single bed and has a built in wardrobe.
I do have a small dog who will be living with us and I only ask that you are respectful towards him and that you are okay with having a dog inside the home. This will mean that you would have to be able to be okay with the things living with a dog means (fur, barking etc).
You will be the only one using the main toilet and bathroom (except for when guests come over) which I ask that you keep clean and maintain.
We have a large backyard with an entertaining area that our flatmates can also enjoy.
Rent is inclusive of bills, wifi and shared items such as dish soap, hand soap, paper towel etc. However, if you prefer to use your own, then that’s fine as well.
I usually do a general cleaning of the house every weekend but would also ask that my flatmates are tidy and clean up after themselves.
We prefer flatmates who are employed and are able to provide rent on a fortnightly basis.
