About the flatmates
My name is Harris and I work for Auspost. My wife and I don’t live on the property. Currently there’s a female tenant in the smaller bedroom and been renting since 06/24.
Basically we are looking for a responsible couple working full time of any age bracket who can live comfortably and keep the property clean and tidy as their very own.
So there will be 3 tenants living in the house at all times. Bathroom and toilet is shared. The property is new with a modern kitchen, open space tv (Netflix included), dining area and a reasonably spacious backyard.
The available bedroom consists of a queen bed, office chair and desk, bedside table, shelf furniture, wardrobe and key lockable door.
Rest assured that the bedroom will be clean and tidy once the current tenants move out.
One car spot available in the roller door closed garage and comes with a remote.
There’s CCTV cameras all around the property for additional security.
And finally, cleaning is a shared responsibility. It’s a rental house and not a party house. Weekly turns cleaning the communal area.
