Great relaxing garden and huge entertainment area out the back. Just planted 20 odd fruit trees out the front so that’s something to look forward to.
Large bedrooms with walk-in robes. Very quiet street and neighbours with 100 metre walk to the beach.
Living area has a pool table and a massive theatre room so there is plenty of space to get your quiet time if you want.
New carpet and paint job just completed so house has a crisp new feel to it.
House is always tidy and everyone is very respectful toward each other.

About the flatmates
Hello my name is Paul
I work fifo and am hardly home in my R and R. Either in my campervan somewhere or in Bali or somewhere similar.
When I am home I stay up the other end of the house. It has my own kitchen.
The other two flatmates are a 26 year old lady who works in a child care centre. She is lovely a bubbly.
Looking for two more preferably fifo but not essential. But people who want a quiet, chilled, clean and drama free environment. Backpackers on working holiday visas welcome.
