The front half of the house is all yours except the shared kitchen and dining area.
You will have the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, big lounge room all to yourself, storage cupboard/wardrobe outside your room, big dining/storage area too.

There’s a courtyard to the side of the house accessed from the dining room and where my dog goes in and out through her doggy door in my lounge room.

Very big backyard with huge undercover area and verandah with lots of clothing line space. The backyard is entirely for you to use, but it’s not fenced off from the front yard and it’s open to neighbouring paddocks. You’ll make some lovely horse friends though!

Bedroom is unfurnished, lounge room comes with couches.

Unfortunately this is a very old style house (built 1982) so the air conditioner doesn’t work and you’ll have to rely on plug in fans or portable aircon.
