I have a room sublet available starting from 30/01/26 for a 1-year lease.

$270/week + bills, which are about as follows:
$70/month internet split 3-ways.
~$250 every 2 months electricity split 3-ways.

Located in Highgate, 5 minute walk from Beaufort St., 10 minute bus or bike ride to the CBD. A stone's throw away from Si Paradiso, Hyde Park and Modus! I like to walk up to Satchmo in North Perth - it only takes 20 minutes.

The room can come empty or with the desk. Two wardrobes are included, one with hanging space. It's quite small but you can make it cozy! It fits a double bed + desk but you could do a single and have much more space. Queen would fill most of the room.

The house is a fully furnished two level townhouse with 1 bathroom, a TV, a dishwasher (currently dubiously functional), an electric cooktop, a fancy evaporative washer-dryer, a balcony and a fun ✨aesthetic✨ spiral staircase. It's super easy to maintain and easy to clean. We have an air-fryer, blender, toastie maker and rice cooker. There's air-con downstairs as well. The strata takes out the bins and maintains the grounds.

The negatives:
There's not a lot of storage space.
Sun shines directly on the upstairs bedrooms so they can get pretty hot in the summer afternoon.
You have to negotiate who's using what appliance when.
It can get a little crowded people are over.
If you smoke, you gotta go out front.
