Im not home often, other flatmate is mid 70s, so some compassion needed. A pet is ok, but you will need to pay the $160 pet bond on top of. Quiet neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk to bus. Off street parking if you have a car. I can't post pics until current flate mate moved out to be fair on him. Would love someone who likes the big outdoor patio area and is willing to water my plants and maybe create a small vege garden in the back area.
