I have two rooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet available at the back end of the house. Ideally looking for a couple or two girls to rent the back section for $450/week.
Alternatively, I’m happy to rent the rooms individually for $240/week each.

One person per room. A maximum of 3 people in the house.

-30 mins drive to Perth City/ Airport

💰 Rent & Bond:
$450/week for both rooms or $240/week per room
2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance
Bills included for reasonable use

House Rules:
-No pets or children.
-Strictly no overnight guests.
-No smoking, drugs, or parties.
-Valid ID required for security check.
