Looking for a housemate from 26 Feb onwards.
Our house is two storeys, and 3bd2bth with three WCs. The room for rent is sizeable (3.6x3.8m), and comes fully furnished.
The house has a sizeable dining room and adjoining kitchen, a separate living room, a study which functions as a guest bedroom, and a small-ish outdoor space.
We have a double garage with two cars currently occupying it. A third car could simply stay parked in front of the garage.
The house is in north Innaloo. It's close to a bus thoroughfare that connects to Stirling station, which itself is a 20-minute walk away.
Utilities are included in rent.

Living at my place you would be sharing with me (an Aussie bloke), my partner (from Japan), and an Argentinian woman. We are the following:
- Sociable/down to socialise (Probably of note that we host board games nights every second Thursday and movie nights reasonably often on weekends)
