About the property
My current flatmate is moving out shortly so I am looking for someone to join me living in a tidy and peaceful 3 bedroom townhouse. Shared bathroom although there are 2 toilets. Off street tandem car parking available. Excellent location with amenities near by such as:

Bus Stop: 600m
Stirling Train Station and Mitchell Fwy: 1.4km
Innaloo Shopping Centre: 2.6km

Not a party flat but I do like to have some beers on special occasions. During the week I'm pretty busy with work and the gym. Always down for a chat but also like my own space to chill out.
Looking for someone who is clean and respectful with similar interests. Flexible with move in dates. Ideally looking for someone who would be willing to commit to staying medium-long term. Bills (wifi, power, gas and water) are split evenly and generally cost around $50 p/w.
