About the property
This townhouse is located in the heart of Joondalup CBD and is walking distance to the shops, pubs, restaurants, shopping centre, train station, Joondalup Hospital and ECU. If you have a car there is an allocated bay in the private parking area at the back of the property.
What I really love about this townhouse is all of the space! The lounge room and dining area are huge. All of the bedrooms are on the top floor which gives added privacy. The townhouse is fully furnished (including the room for rent) and there is a 75" flat screen TV in the lounge room so it feels like you're in the cinema when you're watching a movie :)
There is reverse cycle air con/heating on both levels to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The room for rent has its own reverse cycle installed. There is a large balcony to the back of the townhouse with a BBQ and outdoor setting which is great for summer. There is also a smaller balcony at the front of the townhouse which gets the full sun during the day. I have turned the third bedroom into an office so I'm only looking to live with one other person.
The room itself is a large room (3.6m x 3.5m) and features a built-in wardrobe. You will also have your own private bathroom. The room is fully furnished and includes a king bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a small study desk if you need it.

I'm a 41 yo professional female who is looking for a new roomie to live with me. I'm down to earth and enjoy a good chat (especially deep chats), but I also appreciate solitude and time for resting. I work part-time as a marketing manager for a mining company, and when I'm not doing that, I write books - mostly in my home office. I go to the gym regularly and enjoy going for long nature walks around Neil Hawkins Park (5 min walk from here). I believe laughter is good for the soul so I'm always up for a good laugh and a bit of banter. My friends would describe me as honest, loyal, strong, and fun, with a dark sense of humour.
