This is a lovely newish apartment, on the first floor near Edith Cowen University. It is a great location in Joondalup with public transport close by as well as major shopping centers. Spudshed is just up the road. The room is quiet and you will have the second bathroom basically to yourself. It has a shower/toilet for you to use, and is also where the laundry facilities are. The room has a large double wardrobe and mirror.

I am really easy-going, I love relaxing and having a good time at the beach, mindful crafts, reading a book, hiking, cooking etc all the usuals really :) I am a 33 year old teacher who loves to priortise learning new things.
I am a really tidy person and I have been a flatmate for many years myself. It is a lovely, quiet apartment and would suit someone who is the same.
I would like someone who is also tidy and can show they are able to pay the rent on time. The room would really suit a full time worker. There is no designated car park, however there is available parking on the road.
You would have your own bathroom, wardrobe/mirror and unfurnished single room.
