Ideally looking to rent out the house to 3 Police Academy Recruits or Medical Officers who are friends / from the same cohort that wish to stick together through training and will rent rooms out for each of you. I am flexible with the lease duration as I realise that training/work commitments durations are variable, though expect 3 months is the minimum. I can provide study desks and chairs for each room as well if requested (no extra cost). If you have 3 in your cohort and this looks like it could be the right fit, please reach out. It will only be you living in the house.
