The apartment is a short walk to Glendalough train station (2 stops to city). There's a couple of closer bus stops too.
Car owners: On-premises parking if you have a car (1 additional spot officially assigned to you).

Living Room - Extremely Big TV and comfortable L-Couch + LaZyBoy recliner. That room is pretty much all yours - I rarely have any time for it.
Kitchen - There's a fully functional kitchen, a large fridge, and all the essential pots/pans, appliances and utensils. The kitchen and dining area doesn't see a great deal of use from me either.
The two Bedrooms in the home are separated by the bathroom + linen closet + the Master's Robe, so there's no awkward wall sharing issues or anything like that!
Option to use your own bedroom furniture instead if preferred.

The laundry room contains a washer and a dryer, + there's a clothes line out the back too.
A nice, safe area.
It's just me extra living here. I'm ideally looking for a down-to-earth person or down-to-earth couple, deciding to rent out the amazing Master Bedroom since I have a slightly expensive mortgage to pay on the place.
Nb. not a party house, more of a chill place to unwind.
