For one person! One for a bedroom, the second for your own lounge, dressing room or gaming room. Bedrooms fit a queen bed, have wardrobe space, and soon new curtains/blinds before a roomie moves in. AC units were installed in both rooms 2024 and the ceiling fans work too.
BATHROOM
We have our own toilet and shower in an ensuite, the bathroom and toilet included is technically your own - except guests will use this when they visit. I cannot live with a grot so please don’t apply if you’ve never cleaned a toilet before (respectfully haha!)
THE HOUSE/APPLIANCES INCL.
We have a front loader washer and a dryer, also clotheslines outside for washing. Kitchen has a new dishwasher, air frier, etc etc all included. Cleaning - a robot does the vacuuming and mopping so cleaning is easy to maintain.
PARKING
Gravel parking out front of property - plenty of space for us and a few more cars without people being blocked in. Cars are in view of home security cameras, street is a culdesac and only local traffic.

About the flatmates
Hiya! We’re Damien and Claudia - married and both 28. We work full time and have a dog and a cat, so no other pets please (sorry). Damo is a HD mechanic in Perth, I work full time for the government. Our home is our sanctuary, so we want someone who will respect that and not be a grot basically haha!
We’re hoping for a fifo roomie who will be kind to our pets, and not be too much of a stranger. We love a pub sesh and having a laugh so ideally want someone on our level. Fifo is important for us as we love our own space, but an exception could be made if you’re cool!
We collect random trinkets and have Lego as décor, own a billion indoor plants, spend a lot of time listening to music, watch a lot of tv and spend a lot of time in the shed when we’re not at work.
