House is fully furnished including washing machine, furniture, fridge and appliances. Maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the owner of the house.
Shared bathroom with 2 others.
Must be clean, tidy and considerate.
5 minutes’ walk to Murdoch University, so ideal for a student.
Sharing with 2 guys and a 2 girls.
$270 per week plus expenses (about $15 per week for water and electricity)
Four weeks bond paid to Bond Authority. Rent 2- 4 weeks in advance.
Available on 4th February.
