It also has a built-in desk, large two-door wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is $320p/w, including bills and unlimited Wi-Fi. It's suitable for a couple or singles. The house is within walking distance to Murdoch Uni and Kardinya Shopping Centre; Fiona Stanley Hospital and St John of God Hospital a couple of bus stops away; the bus stop is one minute walking; Murdoch train station is 3 minutes away by bus or by car; 15 km to Perth, Fremantle and beaches. Bus 998/999 can also take you to Curtin Uni and UWA.
