The home is located in a quiet leafy neighborhood in Kardinya on the border with Winthrop. Situated opposite Bazzacot reserve, it is close to Fiona Stanley and Murdoch hospitals, Murdoch University (10 to 15 minutes' walk) Kardinya Park shopping center and public transport (bus and train). If you do have a car there is parking off street. It has unlimited NBN WIFI. Comes with ducted air-conditioning throughout the house and is fully furnished. It has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere with lush garden and outside entertainment area. It is very well suited for Murdoch students but not limited to. Must be clean and share in the cleaning duties. The rent includes all amenities up to a reasonable level. (gas, electricity, water and internet but not cleaning services) It is $280 per week and $600 bond. Not suited to couples unfortunately. I myself is a mature open-minded male into sailing, travelling, gardening, camping, music and going to the beach. Fun and outgoing...
