It's a lovely, peaceful and spacious home near the beach and Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Hi, I’ve been living in this home for 10 years and during this time I have had two great house mates both early 30’s (1 male x 3 years and 1 female x 6 months) both loved the place. It’s equipped, clean, really relaxed, convenient. Current housemate relocating overseas for work promotion in Jan/Feb 2026.
It is a quiet, lovely neighbourhood, 500m walk to the beach, surrounded by parks and 1km walking distance to Karrinyup Shopping centre/buses.
The home has separate zones with open plan living in between. Large shared kitchen/ dining/ lounge zone. Lovely area, great outdoors bbq area.
You will have a “zone” at one end of house including one queen-sized furnished bedroom available with a bathroom and separate toilet.
Suits a busy working person who needs an organised, easy place to relax.
Looking for tidy person who is very clean, and fairly quiet. You’ll do your own cooking (I’m pescatarian).
Available from January 2026. Current housemate moving overseas.
