Hello, I'm Steele, and I'm seeking tennants for all 3 rooms in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in Kelmscott. The room comes with a door lock, built-in wardrobe,
The weekly rent for the room is $275, if you prefer the larger room with an inbuilt ensuite it's an extra $25.
The house features an enclosed garage where you can park a vehicle If required. It can accommodate a Subaru Outback or a similarly sized car.
The house currently has a fridge, washer and dryer, as me and my other flatmates have just moved out the house doesn't have any utensils or pots and pans. If you buy any appliances for the house and intend to leave them there when you go you can take them out of the bond.
The house is situated on 3rd Avenue and is approximately 500 meters from the nearest train station and shopping centre as well as various fast food places such as McDonald's Hungry Jacks Red Rooster and KFC.

About the flatmates
Hi there my name is Steele. I have three rooms up for rent in this house. two smaller rooms and one larger room with an en suite. Currently there's only one single bed in the house if you would like a furnished room I would be able to provide a bed, or if you prefer you could buy your own bed out of the bond money.
As me and the other flatmates are still in the process of moving out the garage still contains some of our stuff that will be there until we move it out.
All Internet electricity water and gas will be provided for free.
Depending on when you come around it is possible that the carpets haven't been cleaned yet.
