Room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed (includes mattress), a working desk, a lamp, a chair and walk-in wardrobe. This room is attached with a working room for your extra space.

Private storage space in shared fridge, kitchen and laundry cabinet.

We provide all kitchenware, such as bowls, spoons, stoves, etc. in the kitchen and vacuum machine, mob, cleaning medicals etc. All the basic needs for your every day.
We only accept people with tidy lifestyles.

Cleaners come every fortnight.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am

Welcome single or couple.

The rent includes:
