Hi! I’m looking for a roommate who would appreciate having 2 rooms to themselves, perfect for a bedroom and a private office/study.
I don't need the third room and would prefer to have only the two of us living here instead of renting out the 3rd room to someone else, hence the combined price for 2 rooms.

I work a few days a week including weekends so you'd have some of the time to yourself, and my room is at the front of the house so you'll have the back area completely for added privacy. I'm looking for someone who works full-time who is fun and easy to get along with and values a quiet, clean, and respectful home as much as I do.
