About the flatmates
I am a 40 year old (Male) Indian born Australian citizen. I have been living in Perth for the last 14 years and currently working in a Federal government agency.
I live by myself in my own 4 x 2 house. I do not smoke and rarely drink. I work full time Mon-Fri. Occasionally I do overtime on weekends.
I am a clean and tidy person and since this is my house I like to keep it nice and clean. I enjoy reading books, walking in nature, playing PS5 games, cooking and cleaning in my free time.

In first double bed room lives an Australian young male who is studying in nursing.
In second double bed room lives a middle aged Australian male.
They have been living here since March 2024 and till now I have no issue with them.
We have a cleaning roaster to clean common toilet, bathroom, and scullary area for each room on weekly basis. I as a homeowner clean the main hall and entry area.
I would like to rent out the Queen and double room which will be availble from 28 Aug 2024 onwards.
