Marmion Beach house! Large tidy modern home, two story, right on the coast roughly 100m from the water. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just off Westcoast drive.
Has two lounges, A decent little backyard, couple surf breaks just down the front. A stone throw away from little bay cafe and the coastal walk. Good sunset bbq spot on the balcony. There’s also a little shopping center just around the corner with an IGA and pharmacy etc. All photos are taken from the property, the picture of the water is the beach down the front (Watermans beach).
The room available is on the bottom floor and shares a bathroom and separate toilet. The house is fully furnished.

About the flatmates
Two mates in the house at the moment, myself Kiwi 35 and the other Aussie 37 FIFO. Most of all we live the quiet life and take pride in a clean tidy home. Both easy to get along with.
I’ll speak for both of us here and say that we are early birds, enjoy getting up and making the most of the day with gym, surf, walk, run etc in the morning and then chill out for the rest of the day. Always up for a bbq, not much into drinking but if any it’s done away from the house. Genuinely healthy lifestyles.
Looking one person to fill the spare room. Someone cool with similar interests, FIFO would be ideal but not a must. Live an active lifestyle and also willing to contribute to keeping the house a nice place to live. Just a genuine good person 🤟
