The area is quiet, near to local amenities and shopping mall, close by bus public transport, not far from Lakelands and mandurah train stations . Close to freeway. Approx 1km from beach.

no smoking/drugs, we are a quiet non party house. you will be Sharing common rooms with me the house owner and male flatmate 27. bathroom will be shared with the one housemate as I have my own.
