🌞 Room for Rent – Melville 🌞
Hi there!
My girlfriend & I have a room available for rent in our newly renovated home in Melville, just 1km from the river. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you best, located at the back of the house, making it lovely and quiet, and comes with your own bathroom and toilet.
You’ll also have use of the main living area and TV, as we have a separate TV room at the front of the house that we use, as well as the outside covered patio which is lovely to utilise during summer. Unfortunately we cannot offer parking on the property however street parking is ample and safe!
We’re ideally looking for a single FIFO tenant who is respectful, tidy, and easy-going. Rent would be $450 per week including bills, but open to negotiation depending on your swing/ plans. We are open to non-FIFO also and that would just depend if your day-to-day/ lifestyle was similar to ours and suited the house dynamic.

About the flatmates
A little about us: I (28) work full-time in banking, and my girlfriend Ellie (25) is completing her Master’s whilst working part-time in accounting. We’re both super clean and tidy so looking for someone who is similar and happy to put some time into keeping a clean home environment. We are also both big into our cycling and running so we tend to enjoy early nights/mornings and a calm home environment, however we do enjoy some social time in the evenings.
