Nice and big plenty of space. Huge back yard with Spa.
Bedroom 1 ($250) has semi en-suite that will be shared with bedroom 2 ($200) (currently occupied) both located downstairs. We are upstairs. Less than 2kms to the beach (2 mins) and 5 mins to Whitfords shopping centre.
Bills included with internet, Netflix, Stan and if the room needs to be furnished we can also provide furnishings. Extra fridge/freezer for space. The house will be set up with allocated space in cupboards and pantry to accommodate for each housemate. Housemates in room 1 and 2 will be responsible for cleaning their bathroom, own bedrooms and what they do in the kitchen but the rest of the house will be cleaned by a cleaner fortnightly. Space in the driveway for both To park their cars. We’ve lived with housemates the last few years and it’s always worked really well.

Both easy to get along with down to earth, not party animals But like a couple of drinks and a chat over dinner. Gym and beach everyday with the occasional night out or dinner at home with friends.
Keep to our selves most days with our two Staffy’s (American and English)
