48 year old fifo guy looking to rent out one room in my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. I work an even time roster so hardly home, when I am I live a pretty chilled stress free lifestyle, keeping fit and active.
Enjoy the occasional beer and wine, but partying days are definitely a thing of the past.
