The room shares a bathroom, and you'll be living in the upstairs section of the house (3x bedrooms, 2x bathrooms, kitchen, living area and balcony) while the downstairs is occupied by 1 person. Bills are split between the 4 people living here, and it’s a pretty quiet setup overall. Plus, you’re just minutes from the beach and close to cafes, shops, and public transport.
Just a heads-up: I do have a cat, so ideally, no other pets would be best.
