About the property
The house has a great layout with 2 bedrooms on one end and 2 on the other end. This would mean that you’d get 2 rooms to yourself with your own bathroom, and a sliding door to that sections you off from the rest of the home.
A great outdoor area and a decent sized garden. I do have 2 big super friendly dogs, so you’d need to be good with dogs. I’ve also got a sauna that you’d be welcome to use.
Rent includes all bills. I don’t want to live with more than 1 other person, hence why the rent is higher and includes 2 rooms. The rooms aren’t very big but each of them has a wardrobe.
Located a 5 min drive or 15 min walk to Mullaloo Beach.

I’m 28 years old, very business/career/health focused but also loves a glass of wine! I have 2 big dogs so you’d have to be great with animals. Ideally looking for a FIFO worker who cleans up after themselves, isn’t too much of a party animal but also doesn’t take things too seriously.
