Hello :) I'm a 27 year old Aussie bloke, full time professional and generally work 8am-5pm.
I believe in good communication to mantain a harmonious household. I am easy going, tidy and believe that a clean house reflects a clean mind.
This accommodation has become available as my housemate of 1.5 years is in the process of moving in with his girlfriend. I am happy to put you in contact with him should you require a reference.
The house will mostly be yours Monday to Friday.
In my free time, I love reading, the gym, finances and photography. I do occasionally shoot off for the odd 4wding/camping adventure. I also occasionally enjoy kicking back and watching a movie.
I don't throw parties but am not too fussed if you want to have socials or people over.
