About the property
It’s a 3b2b house, with everything you need (gym, coles, wws, fuel station, playground, leisure center, library) within 5 minutes drive. Bus stop is just across the road. We have great neighbors who are either teaching or studying in university.
We have a safety alarm working 24/7, and have been enjoying living here in the past 12 months.
Your room is furnished, it does comes with a built in wardrobe and a side table. Each room has its own air-con, and they are all separated. You would have your own quiet space and a nice kitchen to catch up whenever you feel like. We are respectful and clean, and have some of kitchen appliances for share if you don’t have many, there will be cleaning roaster each week.
Available from early February (to be confirmed depending on our current housemates schedule). No smoker and pet allowed unfortunately. Our lease is coming to end
this September, will be looking for a renewal and hoping you’ll be enjoying living here and join our lease agreement!
