About the property
Large house on a big block with a great pool.
Rooms $325 each or $550 for a couple which includes all power, gas and water bills.
Pool maintenance - I keep clean and maintain, will look to cover in winter. Costs of running included in weekly rent.
Garden - also looked after by me including lawns mowed and any related costs
Rooms - I have 2 rooms available next to each other that could be used as bedrooms or a study/lounge. There is a 3rd smaller tv/lounge area for the people taking on the rooms that exits directly outside. Essentially it creates a private area and myself and my son would use the front lounge area.
Would suit a couple in one room with the other room used for a study or second bedroom. Open to a child depending on age.
Storage - huge amount of secure storage available with a massive 4 car garage and additional shed at the rear. Small boats or trailers would be possible.
Bathroom - older style, has shower and bath. I'm flexible with shower times depending on habits/schedule of housemates.
Pets: small dog considered as long as not noisy. Open to other exotic pets. No cats as my son is allergic.

About the flatmates
About me: Adult male 51yrs old originally from Melbourne.
I'm working 6 days a week running a cafe and out by 6am and home generally around 5pm.
I have an 8yr old boy who will stay over 2 nights per week. We are out with his sports often but around the house for part of Saturdays. I'm generally out in the evenings but happy to socialise and share cooking of meals some nights.
Occasional social drinker but don't smoke. Ok if you do as long as its outside.
About you: Looking for respectful friendly people who are reasonably tidy. Happy for regular visitors but not looking to create a party house.
Open to renting the rooms to 2 friends, a couple (even with a child), FIFO workers.
Ideally want mature people so preferably 30+ yrs old.
