Hi I am Nara (31) looking for another like-minded, similar age gal or couple 💁‍♀️ long term to fill the master bedroom in a gorgeous 3x2 rental in Nollamara.

Its definitely a girls girl house ☺️ I love to catch sunsets, the beach or anything outdoors related really. Also love to hang out with friends on the couch for a yap over coffee, or a wine and a chick flick. It’s not a party house, but i am a social girl. Also respect space and privacy too.
I place a high value on equally keeping a clean and tidy space, out of respect for each other and the shared spaces.

The room is a very generous unfurnished Master with seperate ensuite and walk in robe - will be completely your own space. The whole house has split ducted aircon, perfect for summer. Large open plan living/dining area that opens out to a new deck facing the arvo sun. It will also include a garage space if you have a vehicle. Its the back house down a driveway and across the road from a park, so great privacy and very quiet. Walking distance to bus transport, and a local IGA and cute cafe at the end of our street. Only 15min drive to the city, 20min to airport and 20min to the beach - so super central.

There are two rooms available but preferably looking for a couple to fill the ensuite. Otherwise I am looking for two single girls to fill out two other rooms. Rent is $500/w plus split bills (ensuite) or $250 for the two other bedrooms. You will need a bond deposit too. Room/s are available from end of March.
