There is a 3rd bedroom which I use as a study with a large corner desk. It’s at the opposite end of the house to the master bedroom so if you ever want to relax / watch TV in the living room by yourselves or retire for an quiet early night in bed, I’m more than content chilling in the study with my desktop PC setup.

About the flatmates

It’s an amazing spacious house, beautiful living area to unwind/relax, ideal kitchen to chef up a storm with all amenities including all white goods, and your master bedroom/private double vanity ensuite is perfect for couples.

I’ve been renting the property for 8 years but sadly my landlord notified me he is selling the property so my tenancy ends (at the latest) 21st March 2026.
I’m looking for anyone requiring a short term accommodation.
Available for a mutually agreed fixed term until approximately 12th~19th March 2026 but the end date is negotiable earlier than that.

A bit about me... I'm late 30's, active and sporty. I work part time at a volleyball centre (Monday-Thursday). I play WAVL (volleyball) which training should start in February and train/coach 2 nights a week so I'm pretty much out of the house working or training until 8~930pm most nights.
I am very passionate about my volleyball.

I have a Civil Engineering background so I might transition back into that when my life settles down a bit but I'm happy with my volleyball job (its quite good $$) and just taking it easy at the moment.

I'm very friendly and social easy going, big movie buff, neat and tidy, love my garden therapy pottering out the back with my succulent/frangipani collection and I love to cook.
