The house is an old 70’s Italian mansion of sorts with lots of character. The room advertised is 3m by 3.6m and fits a queen comfortably. We have porches front and rear with an outdoor dining area and a big mango tree in the backyard. We’re 400 metres from the North Perth Coles, 600m from Hyde park and about a 10 minute walk into Northbridge and Mt Lawley as well as a 4 minute drive to ECU Mt Lawley.
