This place is a two-story town-house, the living areas are downstairs and the three bedrooms are upstairs (one shared bathroom). It’s got a low maintenance paved yard. 2xcar carport at the front (Issy doesn’t own a car so car space available). Very close to public transport and north Perth shops.
No aircon upstairs, only downstairs.
House furnished with everything needed.
There is no dishwasher 🥲
There’s a small shed out back that can fit bikes/camping gear.

About the flatmates
Flatmates are Issy and Libby, in our mid-late twenties.
We both work and enjoy watching movies, the odd nature trail and gig. Libby moved here from NZ and I am from Melbourne.
We would love someone does their own thing but isn’t have to be a stranger! (Bit cliche but true)
To note: We have friends in and out consistently, occasional visitors from home/abroad. We’re both in and out with work/travel so someone similar would be a good fit.
