About the property
Whoever is lucky enough to move in will get the whole upstairs area of the house! This includes a landing, big bedroom, big en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.
The rest of the house is communal, with a shared bathroom (primarily for the 3 downstairs bedrooms), a second toilet, washing facilities, open plan front room and kitchen, and a living space. Additionally the house has a spacious garden area, with a barbecue, a decking area and a garage space.
The house is a 10 minute bus journey into the CBD and has direction bus connections to Scarborough. The coast is a 20 minute drive away. We are also in walking distance of multiple suburbs, including North Perth, Mount Hawthorne and Leederville. We are also not far from Northbridge and Mount Lawley.
RENT price and bond may change as we are having a rent increase, so this is a guess as to what will be owed :)

About the flatmates
We are three girls from the UK aged 24 and 25. We all work in hospitality, working a range of shifts, both early starts and late nights! We are all outgoing, enjoy going to the beach, being outside and also like going out for meals, drinks and a boogie! As we work a range of shifts we are respectful, and not noisy, especially in the early morning and late nights.
