Ocean Views from Balcony in a safe cul de sac. Room is big as is the wardrobe and private Ensuite.The kitchen is well equipped, with ample room for more then one person cooking. I love to cook so there is not much missing in regards to equipment.

About the flatmates
We are retired people. I try to keep fit with regular exercise.
I enjoy the small garden that I have that produces some vegetables. We also grow succulents that give a great showing of flowers once a year.
We enjoy going out for coffee and a lunch at least once a fortnight.
We are pet lovers. We have a cat named Tookay, and a kitten named tuppence. He has just won his first competition with the Australian Bengal Club. Our cats are bengals. Non allergic, so if you have cat allergies, no problem with our two.
We have a lovely female tenant with us at present who has an active life style.
The property is close to the beach. Mullaloo Surf Club and Hotel are a good walking distance. Close to bus stops and shops.
