Everyone pitches in to share the cleaning duties. We keep it fairly quiet - it's not a party house.
Located close to bus stops, and a 20-minute bike ride or 10-minute drive to Joondalup station.

Rent is $250 per week for one person. The bond is $500 upfront.

About the flatmates
Hi 🌺 My name is Caitlyn and I'm looking for someone to sublease one of the bedrooms in our shared house to.
There are five other people living at the property, including myself. We range in age from 23 to 30 years old. Three of us are studying marine biology at Edith Cowan University, my partner works as a commercial diver (often away for work) and the other person works from home in software engineering.
It's a relaxed and cruisy house. We're all outgoing and have busy lives, but are happy to organise a house hang-out occasionally.
