The unit is in a great location, close to shops, bars/pubs and is fully furnished. Room is furnished I will update photos soon. No vehicle needed as public transport is close by. Minimal off street parking, only verge and visitor bay available.
All utility bills and internet included.
Note: Must be able to clean up after yourself, clean a bathroom and put bins out.

I’m Kim a 40 yr old Kiwi, working on FIFO. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and getting out and about in WA.
Someone compatible would respect other peoples privacy and space, clean up after themselves etc. Pay rent/bills on time.
PLEASE NOTE:
Being tidy and clean is probably the most important thing to me. I’m slightly OCD and will tell you to clean 😂. Shared responsibility in buying cleaning stuff etc.
This is not a party unit although I do love a bevy, I respect the space around me and have good neighbors.
