About the property
Currently 3 of us in the house with 1 on the way out. I am a 29yr old student in my final year of a bachelor or Nursing at Notre Dame and Sam is 26 and currently splits her timw between working as a bar manager and doing science field work for UWA.The house has 2 living areas and a gabled patio out the back with a vibrant garden. It is a 5min drive into Freo and the beach, making it a pretty awesome place to live particularly in the warmer months
The house will be mostly furnished with the exception of your room however a futon bed can be available on request. My preference at this stage is for someone who is working fulltime with experience living in a shared house before although anyone will be considered :)
