The house is a five bedroom two bathroom, in Port Kennedy WA with a short walk to the beach, bus stop, shops, pub, restaurant ect.
Rent is,
Singles $270.00 a week.
Couples $400.00 a week.
FIFO Singles $220.00 a week.
FIFO Couples $300.00 a week.

I try to make it as easy as possible for everyone, that's why you don't wash your dishes all you have to do is scrap any food off into the bin and put your dishes straight into the dishwasher then the next morning I will set it up & I will turn it on all I ask is that if for some reason I haven't got around to emptying it then please empty it for us all before you put dirty ones in it, it's also our way of trying to do the right thing (water wise).
The room is furnished, with a queen size bed, bedside draws, duchess, lamp, ducted aircon, pedestal fan and a 55 inch 4K Smart T.V. in your room with unlimited excellent fast WIFI.
When you move out the cost off cleaning, shampooing, sanitising the room and mattress will come out of your cleaning deposit the same as the person before you & amd soo on, no bond required.
Rent includes unlimited WIFI, power, water, gas, toilet paper and cleaning products for everyone to use to clean the toilet, bathroom, communal areas and anything else that looks like it can do with a clean, as I am NOT here to clean up after you, I am very considerate and respectful off eachothers, we are a very honest house, my house is your house please treat it as your own or better.
