The house is 2 years old so it's nice and new, modern looking, interior is decked out with lots of light colours and beach themes. Kitchen is banging! It's a 2 minute drive from a stunning beach and is in a really nice neighbourhood which is quiet and chilled. Close to gyms and shopping centres, perfect distance between Rockingham and Mandurah city centres. The garden is a work in progress which will be tackled soon.

About the flatmates
Our house is currently occupied by two ocean loving girlies and a beautiful chocolate labrador named Echo. I am a yoga teacher and Wellness Coach and Shriya works in mental health. We love cooking fresh healthy foods are both pretty active and love to hit the gym or go for an explore around the area. We're very down to earth and light hearted, you can expect some sarcastic banter from us and having Friends or The Office on for background noise. We both work full time, myself fifo week on week off and Shriya mon-fri. It is a very welcoming clean and tidy space and usually use the house as a bit of a sanctuary rather than throwing ragers.
