About the property
Looking for someone to share a tidy, peaceful 3x1 home in Port Kennedy. You’ll be living with me (Monica) and one very friendly dog, as my housemate Hamish will be away for six months.
The house is in a great location—just a 10-minute walk to Port Kennedy Central shops, Club Lime gym, Veterans’ Memorial Park, and the nearest bus stop.
We split cleaning and tidying duties fairly, and expect mutual respect for each other’s space and routines. If you’re easygoing, clean, and like dogs, this might be the spot for you!

About the flatmates
Hi! I’m Monica, 27. I work 5–6 days a week with early mornings and late afternoons, so I keep things pretty chill at home. I like to run a tidy house and yard, and while I’m still working on the aesthetics, it’s slowly coming together.
I love cooking, so you’ll usually find me in the kitchen. Also I’m into about a million hobbies: miniature painting, sourdough baking, sewing, gardening, etc. I’m gluten intolerant, but it doesn’t bother me if you eat gluten.
Hamish, also 27, is the leaseholder and usually away for work—sometimes for weeks, sometimes for months. He’s big on motorbikes, sport, and gym life.
We’re looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and clean—someone who’s happy doing their bit around the house and appreciates a calm, friendly home. No parties or drama. Bonus points if you’re cool with dogs. Leela, our very friendly pup, will definitely want to say hi.
