Looking for someone who wants a calm, comfortable home. You’ll have two rooms to yourself (bedroom + office/studio space), plus your own bathroom and separate toilet — so plenty of privacy and room to spread out.
The home has a beautiful back garden that gets great light — perfect for coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. We’ll share the kitchen and living spaces, and they’re set up to feel warm, easy and inviting — somewhere you can actually relax.
You’ll also be living with Darcy, my sweet and gentle black Lab. She’s friendly, chilled and loves pats, but mostly minds her own business. I’m also open to another pet if they’re well-behaved and the personalities suit.
The location is a winner — Adenia Park is at the end of the street, and Coles, Riverton Forum, Leisureplex and bus routes are all super close, so everything you need is right here.

I’m Kate. I work as an independent disability support worker and I’m currently finishing my Master of Teaching (Primary). I’m Perth born and raised, and my lifestyle is pretty balanced and easy-going. I don’t drink or smoke, and I keep things pretty healthy and grounded day-to-day. I spend a lot of my time out with my clients, studying, or hanging out with my black Labrador, Darcy (she’s very sweet and well-behaved).
In my downtime I love being outdoors — beach walks, swimming, exploring new cafés, and doing little trips and adventures. I also like having a cosy home feel — candles, clean shared spaces, music in the background, that sort of thing. I’m social and friendly, but also respectful of people’s space and downtime. I definitely appreciate a peaceful, comfortable, drama-free home.
I’m looking for a housemate who’s similar in that way — clean, respectful, does their own thing, and happy to have a friendly, easy-going living environment. No pressure to socialise, just comfortable and easy.
