Home is a renovation with some work left to do but very liveable, unique, interesting and tranquil. The gardens around the home are of a standard that always gets comments of appreciation by people walking past or first time visitors, you won't be disappointed.
There is a studio gym which I use but am happy for you to use if responsibility is shown and taken.

Hi, my name is Ivan and I live here with my partner.
We travel quite a bit are social and very respectful of others space and privacy, hence we expect the same.
Happy to talk and discuss anything with a potential housemate but am not overly inclined to put a great deal about ourselves on a public forum. Any questions that would help us identify if we'd be a good fit for sharing a house are welcome.
Some qualities that are highly desirable in a housemate.
Respectful, clean and tidy, this means no-one wants to be anyones maid nor mother. You won't find my mess for you to wake up to in the kitchen or shared areas , hence we expect the same from you, this is really important for this house.
Our private domains are private, my personal property is mine though I'm happy to share but please be respectful and look after as required.
Household is peaceful and occupied by mature adults, if you're a party goer that wants to party at home and play loud music, this more then likely isn't the right house for you.
There's more but it's best seen and experienced so you and we can make the right choices.
