Hi there, we have three fully furnished single rooms available in Rivervale. The house is fully furnished, each room comes with air conditioning, a single bed, desk, wardrobe, and chair. The common areas of kitchen, lounge, shared bathroom, and laundry are also fully set up, with all appliances provided. All utilities are included in the rent (power, water, gas, internet), so there are no surprise bills. There is off-road parking available. We also keep the place clean and tidy.

10-minute drive to Curtin University (4.7 km)
5-minute drive to Victoria Park (3.5 km)

It’s a great spot if you're studying at ECU City Campus, Curtin or working in the CBD or nearby suburbs. There’s also easy access to shops, public transport, and local parks. The household would suit someone who values a calm and respectful environment. We’re friendly and social but also respect personal space.
